Our "tribrid" approach combines creative, technical, and business skills to give you a comprehensive understanding of how digital marketing aligns with business objectives and strategies. As you progress, you'll be equipped with the necessary skills to take advantage of industry opportunities, such as mobile devices, social networks, graphic design, and the web. You will be able to reach into the hearts and minds of your audience and cater to their wants and needs in the digital space.

This is a 4-year degree which includes a preparatory first year as part of the BSc (Hons) Digital Marketing course. This 4-year option will suit you if you want more time to develop your skillset before starting year one of your undergraduate degree or if you do not fulfil the entry requirements of the 3-year course.

Your tutors will nurture your creative potential while you develop the skills you need to confidently enter undergraduate study. Throughout the course, you'll learn how to communicate visually, verbally and creatively, developing your professional and entrepreneurial skills. Digital Marketing (with Foundation Year) is not a standalone course: it is the first stage of a full four-year undergraduate degree.

Assessment methods

You will be continually assessed throughout the course using a variety of methods including oral assessment, portfolio, practical assignments, presentations, critique, reflective written documents, and industry-focused reports. Formative assessment will be used throughout the modules to assess progress, while summative assessment will take place in the latter stages of each module.
