Mae’r Perfformio (BA) yn gwrs arloesol a addysgir yn ddwys dros gyfnod o ddwy flynedd. Mae’r cwrs yn datblygu perfformwyr amlddisgyblaethol, hyderus sydd â gwybodaeth gadarn am y diwydiannau creadigol yng Nghymru a thu hwnt, a chysylltiadau â’r diwydiannau hynny.
Chwiliwn am fyfyrwyr sydd â’r potensial i ddatblygu’n berfformwyr â’r gallu i berfformio yn y theatr, mewn neuaddau cyngerdd neu ar y radio ac mewn stiwdios teledu.
Gan fod y cwrs yn un dwys – gyda sesiynau hyfforddi’n cael eu cynnal trwy gydol yr wythnos – bydd gofyn i fyfyrwyr fod yn gorfforol ffit ac iach. Er gwaethaf hyn, yr elfen bwysicaf fydd parodrwydd i ddysgu gan arbenigwyr yn y maes ac ymateb i’r cyngor a roddir iddynt yn ystod eu gwaith beunyddiol. Yn y pen draw, dymuna Prifysgol Cymru Y Drindod Dewi Sant weld y cwrs hwn yn darparu graddedigion dawnus, hyblyg a phroffesiynol ar gyfer llwyfannau ledled Cymru a thu hwnt.
Mae strwythur y cwrs yn uchelgeisiol ac mae’r profiadau mae’r myfyrwyr yn eu cael yn gyfoethog, yn amserol ac yn amrywiol, gan sicrhau eu bod yn cael eu paratoi’n drylwyr ar gyfer nifer o yrfaoedd gwahanol yn ymwneud â pherfformio.
