**Bridging the gap between Business and Tech**

In a world where business and cutting-edge innovation are increasingly integrated, SPJ London’s three-year, full-time undergraduate Bachelor of Science in Management and Technology (BMT) programme aims to equip students with a comprehensive understanding of how these core disciplines intersect, enabling a seamless transition to the modern workforce.
Learning takes place at the SPJ London campus, with an optional semester in Year 1 dedicated to study in the dynamic business hub of Singapore. An optional internship undertaken in London allows students to gain hands-on experience in a technology-driven business environment, with support from both corporate and academic mentors.
Through in-depth development of the interpersonal and entrepreneurial skills that use technology to drive success, our BMT graduates will gain the skills to manage teams and individuals in a variety of international tech-oriented sectors.

At the heart of SPJ London’s BMT are a combination of skills vital to the advancement of any business. These include:
**Technological Literacy**: Develop your proficiency in software applications, information systems, data analytic tools, project management software, and other
technologies relevant to the modern corporate environment.
**Problem-solving and Decision-making**: Learn to evaluate risks and make datadriven decisions through the analytical assessment and application of appropriate technological solutions to complex problems.
**Collaboration and Communication**: Hone the interpersonal skills necessary to facilitate successful teamwork in technology-enabled environments via cross-functional teamwork using a variety of collaborative tools.

Modules

SPJ London’s BSc in Management and Technology aims to foster an in-depth understanding of how strategically employed technology enhances business processes, decision-making, and overall organisational performance.
With an emphasis on the importance of aligning technology initiatives with business objectives, this three-year programme aims to produce graduates optimally equipped to leverage technology to achieve organisational goals.

• Immersive experiential learning provided by international academic staff.
• Authentic assessment approaches based on real managerial and technological contexts allow you to engage with and deliver solutions to genuine business problems.
• Technology-directed electives target the skills and knowledge needed to perform in digital-specific business sectors.
• A four-month London-based internship facilitates first-hand experience within a real business environment, enhancing your future employability.
• Targeted Capstone Project (an Action Learning or New Start-up Project) enables you to apply your management skills and technological know-how in a real-world setting.

Assessment methods

SPJ London’s applied-learning approach to assessment ensures you graduate with practical, immediately applicable skills. Continuous assessment through individual and group assignments, class participation, simulations, projects, and mid-term and end-term examinations accurately quantifies your understanding and growth.

Post-six month graduation stats:

This is from the Destinations of Leavers from Higher Education Survey, based on responses from graduates who studied the same subject area here.

It offers a snapshot of what grads went on to do six months later, what they were earning on average, and whether they felt their degree helped them obtain a 'graduate role'. We calculate a mean rating to indicate if this is high, medium or low compared to other universities.

The Longitudinal Educational Outcomes dataset combines HRMC earnings data with student records from the Higher Education Statistics Agency.

While there are lots of factors at play when it comes to your future earnings, use this as a rough timeline of what graduates in this subject area were earning on average one, three and five years later. Can you see a steady increase in salary, or did grads need some experience under their belt before seeing a nice bump up in their pay packet?
