**This degree is delivered at our Confetti London Campus in Whitechapel.**

The integrated foundation year at Confetti London is the perfect choice for those wanting to gain valuable knowledge and insight of the creative and entertainment industries before specialising in their chosen degree at Confetti.

You’ll learn all about the creative and entertainment industries, spending time in lectures, seminars, and practical settings. The assessment methods are also the same as the other degree years, with a mixture of exams and essays, so you’ll be fully prepared to start your full honours degree.

On successful completion, you’ll be able to join onto the Year One of BA (Hons) Event Management.

**BA (Hons) Event Management**

The methodical planning; the long hours; the people managing; the last-minute changes and challenges; followed by the relief and excitement as thousands of event goers go home satisfied. Event management can be a rollercoaster ride, and not for the fainthearted. We know, because at Confetti we do it day-in, day-out.

If you think you’ve got what it takes, study with us and you’ll get countless opportunities to work on real-life events through our industry connections and our very own commercial-facing live music and events venues, working with in-house expert teams and external partners.

You’ll work on a breadth of events; from music and comedy, theatre productions, to outdoor festivals, esports tournaments, community and corporate events. We work with the likes of Rough Trade, BBC, Just the Tonic, and artists and organisations from across the UK and wider.

Complementing all that real-life experience are regular insights from industry leaders during Confetti Industry Week and through guest lectures.

You’ll learn and work alongside performers, engineers, producers, designers and events specialists in a creative and collaborative eco-system.

This information is from the Higher Education Statistics Agency (HESA), for undergraduate students only.

You can use this to get an idea of who you might share a lecture with and how they progressed in this subject, here. It's also worth comparing typical A-level subjects and grades students achieved with the current course entry requirements; similarities or differences here could indicate how flexible (or not) a university might be.

Post-six month graduation stats:

This is from the Destinations of Leavers from Higher Education Survey, based on responses from graduates who studied the same subject area here.

It offers a snapshot of what grads went on to do six months later, what they were earning on average, and whether they felt their degree helped them obtain a 'graduate role'. We calculate a mean rating to indicate if this is high, medium or low compared to other universities.

The Longitudinal Educational Outcomes dataset combines HRMC earnings data with student records from the Higher Education Statistics Agency.

While there are lots of factors at play when it comes to your future earnings, use this as a rough timeline of what graduates in this subject area were earning on average one, three and five years later. Can you see a steady increase in salary, or did grads need some experience under their belt before seeing a nice bump up in their pay packet?
