      Academic Experience

Love the course, good amount of teaching hours not too many like other unis, course is interesting some arent great for individual people but as a whole it's good. Most the course is essay based with exams at the end of the year and a few presentations.

      Everyday expenses

On-site caf is good value. Cheap to average-priced restaurants/cafs/fast-food within 5-10 min walk. None with student deals other than standard chain restaurant offers. Lots of opportunity for part-time work nearby. Expensive council-owned parking with no help offered for student discounts/permits etc. Cheap course costs, but not particularly good value.

    • Academic Experience

A good balance between theory and practice. Exhaustive feedback. Not a lot of teaching hours.

League table rankings

Here's where this university ranks in the three main league tables (where available), which are calculated using a combination of stats that they each weight in different ways. They’re a handy guide but don’t offer the full picture – just because a university is top (or bottom) of the league tables doesn’t mean it is (or isn’t) the right choice for you.

More on what university league tables really tell you.

Where it's located
