Wycombe is not a very large place in terms of jobs, theres thousands of students looking for part time work and not a lot of jobs going. Youll be very lucky to get a job in Wycombe. The bus is a reasonable price i suppose, a couple of quid for a return depending on how far away you are. In the centre of town by the Uni there is a tescos and Marks and spencer. Further out theres a sainsburys and morrisons. Supermarkets are never a problem. Food on campus is not too bad, i wouldn't say its cheap. Drinks i.e a bottle of coke, are more expensive then buying from a supermarket which i think is unfair considering the Uni shouldnt be out to make profit on things like that. I usually end up carrying a lot of equipment to and from uni and at times without by car ive had to get a taxi. Be prepared for additional things like that.
